A mille-feuille ? No, a delicious mix of gingerbread, caramel and apples that will delight young and old greedy.


For 4 people

  • 12 thin slices of gingerbread
  • 12 soft caramels
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon juice


Cook the apples (in the microwave or saucepan) with the juice of the squeezed lemon, without the addition of sugar. Cut into thin slices.

Arrange the 12 soft caramels on the 12 slices of gingerbread. Grill them for a few minutes to slightly melt the caramel.

As soon as you leave the oven, spread out the caramel melted on the gingerbread then climb the floors, as for a millefeuille, by inserting slices of caramelized gingerbread with the slices of cooked apple, and so on.
